Prepare for your next career move with a mentor who has been on both sides of the interview table. Having worked in Management roles at Philip Morris International and Glovo, I know exactly what recruiters and hiring managers are looking for in a global corporate environment.

This session is designed for:

  • Managers and Team Leads applying for international roles.

  • Professionals transitioning from traditional corporations to fast-paced Tech startups.

  • Candidates who struggle to articulate their achievements in English.

What we will do:

  1. The STAR Method: I will teach you how to structure your success stories (Situation, Task, Action, Result) so they sound impactful and professional.

  2. Mock Interview: We will simulate a real interview for the specific job you are targeting.

  3. Handling "Tricky" Questions: We will practice answers for difficult questions like "What is your biggest weakness?" or "Why are you leaving your current role?"

  4. Confidence & Tone: We will work on your American accent and professional "presence" to ensure you sound like a leader.
