What is the aim?:
To introduce ourselves and understand the student's ability and what they are looking to learn from me. [一緒に自己紹介をする。そうして、学生の英語の能力を学ぶ.]
What will we do?:
I will introduce myself and give the student opportunity to introduce themselves. Any level is ok, and I can help in Japanese if the student would like me to. [学生の自己紹介は英語と日本語と大丈夫です] :)
After this we will discuss what the student aims to achieve by having lessons with me. I will suggest some of the specific lessons that I offer that may interest them. The student may wish to prepare ideas or tell me how they have studied so far. This could help to make lessons with me as useful as possible to them. [又、学生の目的を学ぶ]
