KI BEGINNERS CLASS
FOR ADULTS
Good for Beginners & Intermediate Levels

5 minute Introduction
The student and myself will present ourselves briefly.
Ask the student what their yoga level & experience is.
Find out if the student has any injuries or physical conditions. 

5 minutes Body Parts & Vocabulary
Prompt student to tell me which body parts
they can name using images and gestures.
Write down new body parts.
Describe simple vocabulary that will be used during the class.
Take notes of key vocabulary.

15 minute Ki Yoga Class
Auto-massage (head & face)
Build your core strength
Lying poses

5 minute Questions and Feedback Time
How do you feel?
Did you enjoy the class?
Do you have any questions? / recommendations?

Optional Homework
Write a summary for next lesson about how
you felt during and after the class.
