In my opinion, relaxation is the word that most of us miss nowadays. How could we be relaxed when there is so much to do every single day. Too much to learn but a day has only 24 hours. Yoga, intensive yoga, and pilates are the best ways to chill down a bit. That’s the only time when we can talk to our bodies, the time when we can think about ourselves. In my opinion, doing yoga is way better when we are surrounded by nature. When I breathe in the fresh air, hear the sounds of trees that surround me, or feel how the wind blows my hair. Whenever I do yoga, I feel powerful and motivated. If a kid learns the importance of it in their early years it can change their whole perspective of life in a good way. I would really like to be part of this change, to talk about pilates a bit. In my opinion, doing pilates is the best way of gaining muscles. It’s normal to feel tired or weak after that but the very next day we usually feel grateful that we exercised the day before. There is no better exercise for feeling balanced than doing pilates. Since I trained pilates for 3 years, yoga, and intensive yoga for 2 years I feel ready for teaching one of these to children with special needs.
