The lies of the meat and dairy industries are exposed and we know that a plant based diet is the most natural diet for your body. It does not matter if you are an athlete or simply want to live healthier. If it is done right, your body will not have to deal with any deficiencies in the process of the transistion to a plant based diet. Feel it for yourself! Yor body will thank you by providing higher energy levels - you will feel better and fitter!
