Description
As a coach with extensive knowledge and lived experience of autism and ADHD (AuDHD), I specialize in supporting my fellow AuDHDer’s in embracing their unique brains and navigating challenges.
During our 30 minute consultation call, we’ll discuss your needs and goals, and determine if they align with the services I offer as an AuDHD coach.
You will benefit from my coaching if you are someone who:
- Has tried all of the time management and productivity tips and they don’t work.
- Wants to know if there are alternative approaches for doing things that actually work for you.
- Experiences intense emotions and wants to talk with someone who understands.
- Wants to find a way of living that embraces who you are instead of trying to fit existing molds.
As a neuroaffirming AuDHD coach, I:
-Honor the unique wiring of your brain and don't see it as something to be fixed. (Bye-bye conventional methods that shame you for being who you are!)
-Prioritize creating a safe and supportive space in which you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts and emotions.
-Have personally experienced similar struggles, so I truly understand what you're going through.
-Offer alternative approaches for doing things that are tailored to your unique needs.
