１曲踊る！いうよりは「身体を動かす！！」を目的にしたクラスとなります
フラダンスの基本姿勢やステップ・ハンドモーションは
普段の生活に必要な筋肉に働きかけます
『動ける体づくり』
の第一歩として、フラダンスを楽しんでみましょう！！
