・合計4回のパックレッスンです。初回のレッスンリクエスト送信時に、4回分のポイントがまとめて消費されます。
・講師が初回リクエストを「確定」すると、残り3回の予約に使える「100%OFFクーポン」が自動発行されます。
・クーポンを使って残り回数のレッスンリクエストを送信することができます。
・このパックレッスンの受講期限は、最初に確定した1回目のレッスン予定日時から45日間です。
1回目の予定日時がキャンセルされた場合も、すでに設定された受講期限は変わりません。
レッスンパックの受講期間は、リクエスト＞レッスンパック ページで確認できます。

This is a conversation or free talk lesson pack. Please book the trial and level check lesson before you book this pack so we can discuss your requirements and what kind of topics you would like to discuss in these lessons.
For each lesson you can select a topic of your interest like sports, food, travel, culture, education, current news, etc. We can also talk about a picture.
It can be a guided conversation for lower level learners or an in-depth discussion and debate for higher level learners.
(If you are not sure of a topic, I can choose one for you.) The lessons will include speaking activities and games too.
Any new phrases or vocabulary that we come across during our talk will be noted down using the chatbox. I'll also use the chatbox to correct your sentences, give word suggestions or spellings. I can also help you improve your pronunciation and sentence structure.

• 「未開始」のパック(1) はいつでもキャンセルが可能です。キャンセルされた場合、ポイントは全額返却されます。
「開始済み」のパック(2)は、キャンセルすると、残レッスンの50％相当ポイントが返却されます。
「開始済み」のパック(2)は、キャンセルすると、残レッスンの50％相当ポイントが返却されます。
※1 初回を含めて1度も確定されていないレッスンパックは「未開始」と表示されます。
※2 レッスンパックの初回リクエストが確定されると「開始済み」となり、次回以降のリクエストを行うためのクーポンが自動発行されます。

パックに含まれる個別のリクエストのキャンセルについて
• パック全てではなく、パックに属する一つのリクエストのみキャンセルされたい場合は、通常のリクエストと同様、リクエスト詳細ページから可能です。その場合、講師の単発レッスンのキャンセルポリシーに従い、リクエスト時に使用されたクーポンが返却、もしくは消費されます。講師による単発レッスンのキャンセルポリシーで定められている50％の一部返金については、レッスンパックには適用されず、講師がクーポンの返却、もしくはクーポンの消費のいずれかを選択できます。予めご了承ください。
