Description
Client relationships are in every part of our daily lifes covering both internal and external people. If you are dependent on another team or they are dependent on you then you have a relationship and ALL relationships need managing.
With client relationships there are often negotiations, some more complex than others. But all should be handled in a consistent manner as this way it prevents mistakes happening.
For me a Client Relationship has to be a win for both sides otherwise it will generally be a short and/or unhappy relationship.
Let's consider current practices: Do they work?
