This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 "coupons" when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 30 days of the confirmation date of the first request.


This package of 4 lessons is excellent for students who want to prepare
the speaking part of DELE exam in any level (A1, A2, B1, B2, C1). We will practice all the tasks you will find in the exam, I will give you some tips to improve your speaking and you will get some feedback on your mistakes and how to correct them.


Buy this package of 4 lessons for the same price as 3 individual lessons. This means you get one lesson free! You can take all 4 lessons in a row or spread them out over a 30 day period. Each lesson is 25 minutes long.

IMPORTANT: Please note that a refund is not possible once the first lesson has been completed.

レッスンパック全体のキャンセルについて

• 「未開始」のパック(1) はいつでもキャンセルが可能です。キャンセルされた場合、ポイントは全額返却されます。
「開始済み」のパック(2)は、キャンセルすると、残レッスンの50％相当ポイントが返却されます。
※1 初回を含めて1度も確定されていないレッスンパックは「未開始」と表示されます。
※2 レッスンパックの初回リクエストが確定されると「開始済み」となり、次回以降のリクエストを行うためのクーポンが自動発行されます。

パックに含まれる個別のリクエストのキャンセルについて

• パック全てではなく、パックに属する一つのリクエストのみキャンセルされたい場合は、通常のリクエストと同様、リクエスト詳細ページから可能です。その場合、講師の単発レッスンのキャンセルポリシーに従い、リクエスト時に使用されたクーポンが返却、もしくは消費されます。講師による単発レッスンのキャンセルポリシーで定められている50％の一部返金については、レッスンパックには適用されず、講師がクーポンの返却、もしくはクーポンの消費のいずれかを選択できます。予めご了承ください。

リクエスト確定前

  • いつでも無料キャンセル可能。

リクエスト確定後

  • レッスン開始時刻の 6時間以内→ ご利用ポイントの 50% を頂いております。
  • レッスンに現れなかった場合→ ご利用ポイントの 100% を頂いております。
