Lesson Topic: World Travel


Introduction 
  • The student and teacher to introduce themselves.
  • The student will speak about their travel aspirations or which countries they have travelled to, or which country is their dream to visit. The student to do most of the talking and teacher to ask a few questions to assess his vocabulary and pronunciation.
  • The student to talk about the country they currently reside in, and the reasons why their teacher should visit their country.
  • Teacher to ask the student where on the map is his/her country situated, and on which continent.
  • I conclusion the teacher will share her life experience and her favourite travel place with the student.
  • Throughout the lesson, the teacher will write corrections, suggestions for other words in the Skype chat while the student speaks so as not to interrupt the conversation flow. I can also correct the student's pronunciation, sentence structure, and grammar after making notes in the chatbox.
