Hi there! Join my special Nutrition course! I'm certified Personal Trainer and NASM-certified Nutrition Coach with a lifelong passion for fitness and sports. Since childhood, I’ve been deeply involved in the fitness world, and today, I support people in achieving their health and wellness goals both online and in person.

Beyond my professional expertise, I bring a unique perspective: having spent much of my life as a flight attendant and frequent traveler, I’ve mastered the art of maintaining a balanced diet and consistent fitness routine even while constantly on the move. This session is an opportunity for me to share my journey, insights, and practical strategies that have helped me stay healthy and motivated wherever I am in the world.

Here’s what we’ll cover in this personalized 20-minute session:

    I’ll share how I’ve managed to maintain a balanced diet and healthy habits while traveling the world. From meal prepping to finding consistency on the road, you’ll get real-world advice to stay on track.
