Hi there! Join my special Nutrition course! I'm certified Personal Trainer and NASM-certified Nutrition Coach with a lifelong passion for fitness and sports. Since childhood, I’ve been deeply involved in the fitness world, and today, I support people in achieving their health and wellness goals both online and in person.
Beyond my professional expertise, I bring a unique perspective: having spent much of my life as a flight attendant and frequent traveler, I’ve mastered the art of maintaining a balanced diet and consistent fitness routine even while constantly on the move.
