Lesson Pack Details

This is a 4-lesson pack. You will be issued 3 “coupons” when the first request is confirmed. You will be able to use these coupons for subsequent requests in the pack. Please note that all requests related to this pack must be taken within 60 days of the first lesson date.

Lessons should generally be booked chronologically, meaning that the second lesson should be booked after the first, and so on.

自習型クラス「ばぁばの台所」が、対面式で内容も盛りだくさんになりました！

友達とカフェで過ごすような気軽さで、食や健康にまつわる知識も身につけよう♪

★寄付付きレッスン★
このレッスンでは、１回に１つの日本らしい食材や旬の食材を取り上げます。
それを使った簡単レシピに加え、栄養や食の歴史、社会問題など、いろいろな視点から食材に関するお話をしていきます。


以前は母から子へ伝えていたこと。
おばあちゃんの知恵を見聞きして覚えたこと。
そういうことを少しずつかじって体に染みこませましょう！

そして、食べることは命に直結すること。
季節のものを味わうことは、体にやさしいこと。
四季がはっきりして自然に恵まれた日本ならではの自然のめぐみを、しっかり体と心に取り込んで、毎日を元気にたのしく過ごしましょう！

尚、収益の一割をNGO／NPOに寄付させていただきます。
（例：100円の価値➝難民キャンプや飢餓対策で支給される栄養強化食 約4人分）

◆注意事項
・個人の体質や状態などで、必要な対応や体への影響などは異なります。絶対的なものではにことを理解したうえでご受講ください。

・寄付は、3ヵ月ごとに期間中の全受講者分をまとめて行います。
　寄付先から領収書が届き次第、撮影して共有することでご報告に代えさせていただきます。

・資料の転載や転用、譲渡、他者との共有や公開は禁止です。

・プロフィールを必ず読んでください。
　すべてのレッスンに共通する注意事項が書かれています。

・現在、予約受付休止中です。予約再開は【2025年4月以降】を予定しています。

Политика отмены уроков преподавателем

Cancellation of pack lessons

• 'Unstarted' lesson packs(1) can be cancelled any time. Used Points will be completely refunded. If a 'started' lesson pack(2) is cancelled, you will be refunded 50% of the price of the remaining lessons provided that the lessons are unrequested, unconfirmed or not within 24 hours of their scheduled start times.
(1) A lesson pack for which none of the requests have been confirmed by the tutor.
(2) A lesson pack with at least one confirmed request. (By confirming the date and time for the first lesson in the pack the tutor confirms the pack as a whole and coupons are automatically issued)

Cancelling individual requests in a pack

• If you wish to cancel a single lesson that belongs to a pack but not the whole pack, you can do so via the request page. In this case, the coupon used to book the lesson will either be refunded or collected, based on the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy. Please note that any 50% partial refunds in the tutors single-lesson cancellation policy do not apply to lesson packs and the tutor may choose to either refund or collect the coupon in those cases.

  • Менее 6 часа(ов) до начала урока→ Комиссия составит 100% от стоимости.
  • Менее 6-12 часа(ов) до начала урока→ Комиссия составит 50% от стоимости.
  • No-Show→ Комиссия составит 100% от стоимости.
