「water」それとも「a water」？
名詞に a が付くか、付かないか問題です
これは可算名詞vs不可算名詞で決まります
数える名詞には a が付きます
例 「book」→「a book 」
数えない名詞には a が付かないです
「water」は「a water」と言わない
しかし、問題があります
chalk （チョーク）は a chalk と言わない
bread （パン）は a bread と言わない
数える事が出来るのに、なぜ不可算数扱いだ？
