Wellness Coach Module: Empowering Your Journey to Well-Being

Session 1: Introduction to Wellness Coaching

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • Ideally, this course is for those completing the full 6 sessions, however, this introduction goes beyond the surface.  For new students opting for a single session, this session serves as an enlightening immersion. Expect a transformational meditation experience accompanied by exclusive timeless wisdom original journal templates. These empowering tools allow you to continue your personal development independently at home, ensuring your progress remains steadfast.


Session 2 to 6: Continuation Sessions for 5X Lesson Pack Participants


Session 2: Exploring Dimensions of Wellness 

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • Delve deeper into the dimensions of wellness with a rejuvenating session. Start with a tranquil meditation, paving the way for a comprehensive understanding of interconnected well-being facets. Session 3: Goal Setting and Action Planning

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • Experience a session that bridges aspiration with tangible outcomes. Begin with a centered meditation, followed by the creation of SMART wellness goals. Learn to break them into actionable steps and form a bespoke action plan teeming with strategies for actualizing your desired outcomes.

Session 4: Overcoming Challenges and Building Resilience

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • Emerge fortified from this session with a meditation that centers your strength. Navigate common barriers to well-being, develop strategies to surmount setbacks, and foster resilience and a growth mindset that ensures lasting progress.

Session 5: Sustainable Lifestyle Habits and Self-Care

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • Conclude your transformative journey with a session centered on lasting well-being. A meditation sets the tone, guiding you in crafting a personalized self-care routine tailored to your unique needs. Delve into long-term strategies for sustaining a balanced and fulfilled life.

Session 6: Ongoing Journey and Personal Empowerment

  • Duration: 55 minutes
  • This special session is tailored for participants who have chosen the 5-session lesson pack. Dive into further exploration of your evolving well-being and life purpose journey. Continue to weave meditation, self-reflection, and practical tools as you strengthen your path of personal empowerment. Discover ways to sustain your growth beyond the course, drawing from the timeless wisdom and insights you've gained.

Upon successfully completing all six sessions, you'll gain the empowerment to embark on your independent journey, cultivating your innate wisdom and embracing your authentic self. (1) 강사가 패키지 레슨을 확정하지 않은 경우 미수강 패키지 레슨으로 간주합니다.
(2) 강사가 첫번째 패키지 리퀘스트를 확정할 때 패키지 레슨 전체를 확정하는 것으로 간주하여 나머지 레슨에 대한 쿠폰이 자동으로 발행됩니다.

패키지 레슨 중 개별 리퀘스트 취소에 대해

• 패키지 레슨에 있는 하나의 레슨을 취소하는 경우 리퀘스트 페이지에서 취소할 수 있습니다. 취소시 강사의 싱글 레슨 취소 정책에 따라 사용된 쿠폰이 반환 또는 사용 처리될 수 있습니다. 싱글 레슨에서 적용되는 50% 포인트 반환은 패키지 레슨에 적용되지 않으며 강사는 사용된 쿠폰의 반환 또는 사용 처리를 할 수 있습니다.

  • 레슨 시작 12시간 이내→ 레슨 포인트의 100% 를 받고 있습니다.

  • 노쇼→ 레슨 포인트의 100% 를 받고 있습니다.
