Stretch and tone your limbs to become lithe and lean! 

As a former dancer on Broadway, Disney dancer, yoga instructor, and choreographer, I have trained my body since the age of 3. Now I want to share with you all of the tricks of the trade!

Stretching and toning is not difficult and can be relaxing and fun!

We will try various exercises to help you become more limber and streamline your physique. Depending on your level of flexibility, I will tailor the exercises to suit you and particular areas where you feel you would like to work on.

If you are undergoing medical treatment, recuperating from an illness or injury, having any physical limitations, discomfort, or if you are pregnant, please consult with a medical professional before submitting a lesson request.

If you have any concerns about the exercises you wish to participate in, we also recommend that you consult with your physician prior to the lesson.
