This is the first step in your journey to becoming a proficient speaker of English!

Description

Congratulations! You have taken the first step in your journey to becoming a Proficient English Language Speaker! In this session we will do 3 things.

1. Establish your English Language Proficiency Level.
- This is done through the EF SET CEFR test. This can be done before the lesson, you will just have to save your results for me to see, or can be done during the lesson with me.

Why do you have to take this test?
- The EF SET CEFR test is the first, and most comprehensive, standardized test that is aligned with the CEFR guidelines. This will us know where you are in your English Language Proficiency and give us the best idea of where to start in your Language Learning journey. This way we get right to efficient lessons that will help you progress to achieving your goals.

2. Discuss your Language Learning Goals.
- People have different reasons for wanting to learn English. Whether it is for a job, getting into your dream school, IELTS/TOEFL/Cambridge exams, or just as a hobby, I can help you reach those goals. I have 15 years of experience helping learners of all ages and proficiency levels achieve their Language Learning Goals.

3. Start to create a plan to achieve your Language Learning Goals.
- Every goal needs a plan to be successful, and good plans take time to develop. But in this session we will start creating this plan. I have found many online learners are highly motivated and do best when they have a tailored, personalized set of lessons. This will be the beginning of us figuring out what those lessons will be. I am willing to work hard to make sure these lessons are helping you progress in your Language Learning Goals because I know you are working hard to get there.

Although the lesson time says 30 minutes, please set aside 30 minutes to 1 hour for this lesson (especially if you are taking the CEFR test during the lesson). Not to mention we need some time to get to know each other. I can't wait to meet you! See you in the classroom!
