課程介紹

【Class description】
Whether you are new to yoga or are familiar to the practice, this basic yoga class will help you develop balance, strength and flexibility without feeling overwhelmed or confused. In this class, we will take our time to get into postures and focus on basics. Also I will provide you to several modifications. We will combine yoga postures to breathing exercise to strengthen the body, reduce stress and calm the mind. Depends on what you want to do or achieve in the class, I will do my best to make a perfect class only for you. Expect to feel great, refleshed and calm after this class. No yoga experience is required. I hope to see you in the classs! (There is also 30mins half class!)
