Let's talk is simply about you talking about something interesting for you. You get to talk most of the time, I listen and ask questions. Hopefully we can make it an interesting as possible. You can also ask for feedback, in any area you want to learn, such as, vocabulary, grammar, prononciation, etc.
But this isn't necessary if you just want to work on your fluency and talk.
