I've worked in retail sales and customer support — roles where I was constantly assessed on how I communicated under pressure and how I handled unexpected questions. I know what it feels like to be evaluated on your words in real time. I bring that understanding into every interview preparation lesson I teach.
In this lesson we practise your actual interview — the questions you'll be asked, the answers you need to give, and the way you deliver them. I'll play the interviewer, push back the way real interviewers do, and give you the kind of honest, constructive feedback that actually prepares you rather than just making you feel good.
