Egypt is not the Pyramids - Culture

If your idea of Egypt is the Pyramids, camels, and desert and that's it, then this lesson is for you. You will learn about the real Egypt that people live in right now, what it really looks like and what life is like there.

Description

Most students I have spoken to from other countries seem to only know one thing about Egypt which is Pyramids. They think they are in the middle of the desert, and camels and horses are found on the streets and are used for transportation..

Of course this is far from accurate but that is understandable since most people have never seen anything besides the old photos of the pyramids which usually show a desert and camels.

However, in this lesson, let me show you what Egypt really looks like from the perspective of someone who lives here.

You will learn some information that you will probably be hearing for the first time. You will also watch things using media, to be fully immersed in the atmosphere, so it will not be all speaking and texts.
