I suggest this class to be done in 3 parts . Part 1, Part 2 and Part 3 with each in 55 minutes length for the best results.
However , if you require a shorter time then just let me know please and we can keep it to just Part 1 at a length of 55 minutes or Part 1 and Part 2 at 55 length each .
