A look at how to effectively communicate a common set of values across national, cultural and linguistic boundaries
Description
Corporate culture can be described as the “glue” that holds organisations together. Companies are increasingly interested in promoting corporate culture to improve the coordination, and integration of their subsidiaries. Yet, these subsidiaries are often embedded in local national cultures which may differ from that of the corporate culture of the multinational.
In this lesson, we will look at how to effectively communicate a common set of values across national, cultural and linguistic boundaries.
