Want to communicate clearly at work—without sounding unnatural or relying on scripts/AI? This class builds real business communication skill: confident speaking, natural phrasing, and practical strategy for meetings, emails, and presentations.

Trial lesson: I’ll check your current level, listen to your job situation and goals (industry, role, tasks, upcoming meetings, interviews, etc.), and then create a clear plan to help you improve quickly.

  • Speak more smoothly in meetings (no long pauses, no “mind goes blank”)

Lessons are built from your real work situations. We use custom materials and realistic business resources: meeting agendas, email templates, slide outlines, roleplay scenarios, and task-based practice.

Training themes (choose what you need):
  • Meetings: updates, opinions, clarifying, agreeing/disagreeing, asking follow-up questions
  • Presentation: structure, signposting, strong delivery, handling Q&A
  • Email & chat: polite tone, concise writing, natural business phrasing
  • Roleplays: client calls, negotiations, problem-solving, explaining delays, managing complaints
  • Interviews: self-introduction, STAR answers, strengths/weaknesses, confident delivery
No scripts (so you can handle any situation)
 

Many learners rely on scripts or AI. It feels safe—but real business conversations change quickly. Instead, I teach you reusable, flexible language you can apply anywhere:

  • Natural fillers to buy time (without sounding awkward)
  • Universal expressions for giving updates, opinions, reasons, examples, and conclusions
  • Clarifying & checking phrases (so you don’t misunderstand in meetings)
  • Strong “professional” options for softening tone (polite but confident)
Lesson Breakdown (50 minutes)
 
A typical business lesson looks like this:

Quick warm-up + choose today’s target (meeting skill, email goal, presentation goal, etc.).

Skill focus (phrases + technique)
Learn the key expressions and techniques for today’s situation (clarifying, interrupting politely, summarising, softening tone).

Roleplay / simulation (Round 1)
Realistic roleplay: meeting update, client call, negotiation, interview questions, or Q&A practice (with coaching and corrections).
10 min
Upgrade & repeat (Round 2)
Improve your answers using stronger phrasing, better structure, and natural fillers—then redo the same task to build confidence and speed.

Quick review
Confirm today’s wins + identify the 1–2 most important points to improve next.

Wrap-up + homework
Practical homework: a short speaking drill, email rewrite, or roleplay prep that fits your schedule.
Feedback: I take notes during the lesson. Some corrections are fixed immediately, and you receive a clear feedback summary after the class (mistakes + upgrades + next steps).
