Talking about time is one of the most practical, frequent tasks in the English language. Whether you are arranging an important business meeting, booking travel, chatting about your weekend plans, or describing your daily work habits, using the wrong preposition can create confusion. This lesson is built to eliminate that hesitation completely and give you the confidence to speak about your life, deadlines, and routines with total clarity.

How We Will Learn: The ESA Learning Journey

We do not believe in rote memorization or boring grammar drills. Instead, our lesson is structured around the Lead-In + ESA (Engage, Study, Activate) approach—a proven methodology that makes learning interactive, natural, and memorable:

  • Engage (E): We dive into authentic contexts—like student blogs, daily schedules, and audio stories—so you see how native speakers naturally use time expressions in everyday conversation.

  • Study (S): We strip away the confusion and analyze how the language works.

    • The Core Triad: Discover the logic behind in (broad timeframes like months, years, seasons), on (specific days and dates), and at (exact clock times and specific moments).

    • Dynamic Time Markers: Master sequence and duration using before, after, during, until, and from... to.

    • Interactive Checks: Reinforce your understanding through guided cloze activities, drag-and-drop categorization, and immediate feedback.

  • Activate (A): The most crucial part of our lesson. You take full control of the language by designing, writing, and presenting your own ideal schedule or describing a project timeline using everything you have learned.
