A full experience.
One hour of Hatha Yoga is a full experience because it integrates all parts of yoga:
- asanas (movements),
- pranayama (breath control),
- chanting (OM),
- meditation (inner silence).
- balance and harmony,
- silent or still mind-thought-waves
- energy flow,
We will open (begin) and close (end) the lesson with chanting, we will prepare the body for the asanas and do some sequences according to your needs.
This is more an individual program (including your health issues) to stabilize and balance your body.
Furthermore I will introduce you to pranayama, the breathing control method. We have different techniques to clear mind or body or to raise the energy.
After asanas - when the body will be open - breath (prana, Qi or Ki, life force) can flow more easy and in parts that were blocked before.
I hope to guide your through your personalized Hatha Yoga lesson.
