After May 2, when you take a Zoom lesson of 40 minutes or longer, your tutor will ask you to "rejoin the meeting" about 30 minutes after the start of the lesson. Before the call is cut off at 40 minutes, both the tutor and the student must leave the meeting and re-enter it by pressing the same Zoom button listed on the request page.

After request is confirmed (fixed)
- Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
- No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
