まずは、お気軽に色々とお話する中で、思考を整理しながら、疑問点があれば解消しつつ、１つの小さな具体的な行動へつなげることを目標としてます。
このセッションでは、お気軽に、相談されたい内容に沿って、現状にお悩み、不安、モヤッとしていることについてお話を聴きます。一方的に、こちらからアドバイスするというよりは、お気軽な会話をゆっくりと聴きながら、何かしらの気づきを得られることを目標としてすすめます。
