Practicing hobbies that you love can help you develop self confidence as your skill in a specific hobby increases. The more used you become to a hobby, the more it becomes second nature.

A hobby can help us be happy and it can also help those around us to feel inspired. A hobby can be a reward that can help us get through the difficult parts of a day and give us something to look forward to. A hobby can pave the way for community building as you can share an interest with various club members.

Having a hobby that you love can fill you with joy in a similar way to other types of love. A good hobby can make a chaotic world seem more calm. Sometimes though, even the hobbies that we love can make us feel frustrated and even cry if we don't feel like we meet our own standards with our hobbies.
