Description
このご時世、誰にも話せない事や打ち明けられない事色々ありますよね。
そんな時第三者に話す事により自分の中でも軽くなるし秘密の夢や目標を誰かに話したい人は話すことによってよりその事が自分の中で明確になります。
日本は各個人がカウンセラーを持ったりする習慣があまり無く家族やパートナーや当事者同士でよく話し合ったりというコミュニケーションの機会が少なくいわゆる空気を読む文化で中々自分で思いを外に出す事が出来にくい環境だと思います。
ご希望次第で私の意見を言う事もできますしひたすら聞いて欲しい方にはひたすら聞き手に徹します。
昨年までによりよく生きる為のマインドを作る講座（経済的な成功法ではありません）をイタリアで１年半に渡り受講して自分自身の生活にも役立てている今日この頃、何かのお役に立てるかもしれません。
「話す」事で何かが変わる事もあります。
そんな何かのきっかけになれたら幸いです♪
