Hello, everyone.

I want to improve my English pronunciation.
Now, I'm interested in phonics. So I want to take phonics class and learn English pronunciation from basic.
I know phonics usually for kids, but I really want to learn phonics and improve my pronunciation.
Actually, My English is poor(not only pronunciation but also speaking).
I'm doing a little well with grammar, listening and reading, but I'm not good at conversation. Especially, I can't response with full sentence.

現在４歳、年少の娘が最近新体操を始めました。柔軟は毎日させていますが、娘の年齢を考慮したうえで新体操をやるにあたり有効な自宅基礎練習（コアトレ・所作・柔軟・椅子などを使ったバーレッスンなど３０分位でできるもの）のメニュー作成を親と娘一緒に教えてほしいです。（親は自宅練習をさせるために）一度纏まった時間で教えていただき、その後娘の習熟度に合わせて定期的にメニューの組直しをお願いできたら嬉しいです。

I'll have a job interview next week via audio conference in office. But I don't have a confidant for this interview. Can somebody teach me? How to make a story for the job interview using my resume.
