I want to learn English .

私は英語中級レベルです（英検準1級）。旅行での英語等、決まりきったことを話すのは不自由ありませんが、即興的に自分の思っていることや出来事を描写するのが苦手です。
先日、英語の伸び悩みを解決するのは、即興スピーチの練習を繰り返すことで「英語で考える」ようになることだと何かの記事で読みました。
話すことを準備して臨むスピーチレッスンではなく、即興で決められたテーマについて話したり、事物を描写したり、ストーリーを作ったり、といったレッスンをしてくださる先生を探しています。レッスンの流れとしては、間違ったところや自然でないところを直していきながら、練習を繰り返していくという感じがいいかなと思っています。
時間制限つきで、即興で英語で考えて話すという訓練をしたいです。よろしくお願いします。

I would like to learn to understand and speak japanese fluently. I would like to improve on conversation, vocabulary and grammar. I like to watch anime and seiyuu events and hence my goal is to be able to watch them without subtitles and still be able to understand ^^

日本語のブログや記事、ドラマのセリフ等を英語圏でおかしく無いように翻訳したいです。単にword to word の訳ではなく、英語の文章構成や表現や言い回しなども教えてくれる講師のかた、おねがいします。

I'm looking for a teacher who can teach me academic English, especially about sociology/social psychology once a week or less. I studied sociology/social psychology at college about 10 years ago, and I miss studying since I graduate. I want to brush up my English as well as sociology knowledge.

It doesn't need to be professional, high-level lecture, just have chat about topics around sociology/social psychology area. I'd appreciate if you can pick a textbook to use in the lesson and we study on it, but any topics/study material is welcome.
