Pitch Competition Guidelines

Cafetalk will create a custom seminar page for free (incl. translation into other languages).
Cafetalk will promote your application through newsletters, event pages, and social media accounts, which will increase your exposure.
Cafetalk will issue paid press releases to promote the event. (Exposure to about 500 media-related companies)

Set to "currently accepting new students"
At least 2h+ of available time on average over the span of the next 3 months
Able to open their schedule for a minimum of 14h during the time span of promoting and one month after the seminar
Has Recommended, Popular or Premium ribbon

Seminars will be held by one tutor on their own.
People who are not signed up as tutors on Cafetalk cannot participate.
e.g. "My partner, who is a native speaker, will host this seminar with me!"
We do not accept collaborative content involving several tutors but will consider the following cases, depending on the content of the project:
- Collaborations of tutors that offer lessons in different categories
  (e.g. Tutor A teaches Singing & German, Tutor B teaches Violin & Piano)
- No more than three people, all of whom must meet the competition entry requirements.

Deadline: the 20th of each month
Winners will be notified within 5 days after the deadline to discuss a date for the seminar within the following month.
