My name is Ayako. I am looking forward to having lessons with you.


I am Japanese and I have been living in Austraria for over 20 years.
In Japan, I have experience as an office worker in Tokyo after graduating university. At present, I have been working in a local company for about 10 years.



My interests include reading books, watching movies and yoga. My favourite
authors are Kazuo Ishiguro and Haruki Murakami.



I have completed a training course for teaching Japanese as a foreign language and the 420 hours Advanced Japanese Teacher Training Course. I am a proficient English speaker and can help you understand Japanese through English.



My lessons are flexible, I can listen to your needs and customise the lesson in the way you like, whether it be grammar, reading, writing, listening or a everyday conversation relating to a subject that interests you. I am an individual who wants to build confidence within the student in Japanese.
