[About Me]
Hi, I’m Ina from Japan, currently based in the UK. I grew up speaking both English and Japanese and have experience teaching at an English language school, as well as living and studying abroad.
 
[Teaching Style]
I believe languages are best learned through active practice, not just by reading a textbook. My lessons are based around casual conversation, covering a variety of topics that interest you, such as culture, music, travel, life abroad, food, and more.
 
I aim to create a friendly and relaxed atmosphere, like chatting with a friend, while helping you develop more natural and fluid speech. I can correct mistakes during the conversation and adapt my English accent to suit your learning needs. If there are any questions or points you would like to review, I can also provide notes after the lesson.
 
As these are conversation-based lessons, they are best suited to intermediate to advanced adult learners who already have a basic ability to communicate and have a clear idea of what they would like to improve.
 
I am not currently teaching children.

[Lesson Structure]
• 25-Minute Conversation Class — Japanese or English
Ideal for students who want a quick conversation practice session or simply want to maintain their language skills.

• 45-Minute Conversation Class — Japanese or English
Ideal for students who want more time for a relaxed, detailed conversation covering a variety of topics. A good option if you have lots of questions or want to develop your discussion skills.

[Personal Rules]
• Camera: Students are welcome to use their camera or keep it off. If a student’s face is not clearly visible, I will also keep my camera off.
• Video recording: Recording of lessons is strictly prohibited.
• Age: Adults only.
• Language level: Intermediate to advanced.

  • Cancellation possible at any time without charge.

After request is confirmed (fixed)

  • Less than 24hours before lesson start time.→ 100% of price charged.
  • No-Show→ 100% of price charged.
