I am a Japanese Buddhist monk of the Koyasan Shingon tradition.
In this 30-minute session, I will gently guide you through mindfulness and meditation practices inspired by traditional Japanese Buddhist teachings.
This session is beginner-friendly and designed for people seeking calmness, relaxation, and emotional balance.
No meditation experience is necessary.
