Hello, my name is Lilit, and I am a professional flutist and musician from Armenia. My musical journey began at the age of five, and for the past twenty years the flute has been the central focus of my artistic life. Throughout these years, I have dedicated myself to continuous growth, performance, and education, shaping a career built on discipline, passion, and artistic curiosity.

I received my Master’s degree from the Yerevan State Conservatory and later continued my education at the Moscow State Academy of Arts in the class of renowned flutist and professor Andrey Shatzkiy. Studying under his guidance strengthened my performance technique, broadened my artistic vision, and prepared me for an international career both as a concert performer and as an educator.

I am a laureate and prizewinner of numerous international competitions, and I have participated in well-known festivals across Europe and Asia. My concert activity has taken me to more than fifteen countries, where I have performed in major concert halls, including the Paris Grand Opera, Victoria Hall in Geneva, Tokyo Opera City, and the Berlin Philharmonic Concert Hall. These experiences have played a significant role in shaping me as a musician with a deep understanding of diverse audiences, cultures, and performance traditions.

As an orchestral flutist, I have collaborated with world-class conductors such as Vasily Petrenko, Dirk Kaftan, George Pehlivanian, Valentin Uryupin, Diego Martín Etxebarría, and others. I have also enriched my professional development through masterclasses with distinguished flutists including Benedek Csalog, Andrash Adorian, and Evgenia Spalinger.

Today, I am the founder and leader of a chamber ensemble consisting of four flutes, piano, and cello. We perform concerts and educational programs, aiming to bring classical music closer to audiences of all ages.

For the past five years, I have been teaching in three of Yerevan’s leading music schools and currently work with around twenty students. Many of them already hold awards from international competitions, and I also conduct a children’s symphonic orchestra.

Music is not only my profession but my lifelong dedication. Outside of music, I enjoy tennis, which I have practiced for nearly ten years, and hiking, as nature inspires and energizes me. I am fluent in English, Russian, and Armenian.

I have over 7 years of experience teaching music, working with students of various ages and skill levels—from beginners to advanced performers. Currently, I teach at three music schools in Yerevan, where I help young musicians build a solid technical foundation, develop stylistic thinking, and enhance their performance skills.

In addition to school classes, I also offer private lessons, preparing students for competitions, exams, and concert performances. As an orchestra musician, solo performer, and teacher, I incorporate real performance insights and professional confidence into my lessons.

My teaching focuses on developing three main aspects of a musician:

1.Technical precision – focusing on breath control, tone quality, sound production, phrasing, dynamics, intonation, and speed control.

2.Creative approach – analyzing musical interpretation, exploring stylistic characteristics of different periods, and fostering creative thinking.

3.Musician’s confidence – teaching stage skills, orchestral etiquette, soloist confidence, and self-expression on stage.

I create an individualized program for each student, taking into account their personality, technical needs, goals, and progress. During lessons, I use modern methods such as slow and deep exercises, ear training, intonation practice, analysis of musical interpretation, and practical performance experience.

I strive to create a warm, supportive, and motivating learning environment where each student can see their growth from lesson to lesson, discover their musical individuality, and gain additional motivation. I firmly believe that every student, regardless of age, can find their own unique voice, and my goal is to guide them on that journey.
