Hi, I’m Lilly! I’m from Durango, Colorado, USA, where I live now. My parents are teachers, so education has always been a big part of my life. I also worked in my university’s Study Abroad Office, where I helped students prepare for studying in other countries. I am also TEFL certified through the Premier Online Teaching English as a Foreign Language certification.

I have a degree in Natural Resource Tourism and I like to describe it as a degree to help travel be more sustainable for both local people and for the planet. Through my degree I’ve traveled across Europe, Asia, Africa, and the Americas. These experiences sparked my passions for language, cultural exchange and meeting new people.

Whether you’re looking to improve your English in general, practice conversation around your interests, or learn English specifically for travel, hospitality, or international experiences, we can tailor our lessons to you. I love getting to know people, hearing their stories, and having fun conversations, so I want our lessons to feel relaxed, interesting, and enjoyable while you build confidence speaking English.

Outside of teaching, I love traveling, of course, farming, live music, reading, dance fitness, and—very importantly—trying different flavors of ice cream. I’d love to meet you and have a conversation!
