Greetings, friends!

My name is Ahmed Aly, you can call me Aly, I am an English teacher and Personal Trainer from Egypt, now living in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam!
I am a Chef, a Martial Artist and a student as well as a teacher, as I am always trying to learn and develop my own skills and understanding.
 
I have been teaching English in Ho Chi Minh City since 2018, but I have been teaching both groups and private lessons as a Personal Trainer since 2021.
As I travel sometimes to visit my family, I have had to leave a lot of the students I've been working with over the years, which has always been very difficult to do. But now that I am teaching online, it is the perfect opportunity to share a lot of the lessons that I teach from anywhere around the world!

I have a lot of experience teaching students from small children all the way up to people who have retired, from casual conversation to professional work., which can be bought on Amazon.
As a Chef I also enjoy talking and sharing cooking recipes and tips with my students. We always learn a lot together!
With almost all of my students I set weekly homework to write about what they have been doing since the last time we spoke (although you can write about any topic you like!), at the beginning of our next lesson you then read that aloud to me, this gives you the opportunity to practice both your writing and speaking, before then looking at what you have written and talking about grammar and sentence structure. If you have any material you have to prepare for work or school, we can also check that together too.
 
As a Personal Trainer we also have a unique opportunity to discuss your training and exercise, as well as nutrition, mindset, and lifestyle habits. I have 15 years experience as a high-level Taekwondo player. Throughout all the matches and championships I participated in, the high-pressure environment taught me a lot of valuable life lessons which I still practice today and am able to share with you now.
One of the main practices I share with my students online is Mental training, which is using techniques and practices to enhance mental skills like concentration, focus, confidence, and emotional control.
Mental training is utilized in various fields to improve performance and well-being, and includes activities such as mindfulness, meditation, goal setting, and stress management. By practicing mental training, individuals can boost mental resilience, optimize performance, and improve overall mental well-being. It has had a huge resurgance in interest recently, and many people have begun taking guided lessons and learning how to practice in their own time. It is very easy to begin Mental training, but there is also a great depth of experience to learn which will take a long time and a lot of practice, but together we can begin now and enjoy the benefits immediately!
