Build Your Confidence for the Real Workplace — Mindset & English

Hello! I'm happy to meet you!

Have you ever struggled to speak up in a meeting, express a different opinion, or handle a difficult conversation in English at work?

You're not alone!

I believe that effective workplace communication is about much more than grammar and vocabulary. It's about mindset, confidence, and understanding how to communicate with people from different backgrounds.

I spent my childhood living in the US, Canada, India, and Singapore. These experiences helped me develop an appreciation for different cultures and communication styles from an early age.

I also have 30 years of experience working in foreign-affiliated companies, including working as a Customer Success Manager. Throughout my career, I've experienced firsthand what it takes to communicate effectively, build trust, manage relationships, and work with people in international business environments.

My lessons focus on the mindset and practical English you need in real workplace situations.

Together, we can practice how to:

  • Speak up and share your ideas in meetings

  • Express your opinions and disagree respectfully

  • Build trust and communicate effectively with colleagues

  • Handle challenging conversations with confidence

  • Talk about your achievements and strengths

  • Navigate cultural differences in international workplaces

Rather than focusing on textbook English, we'll work with realistic workplace situations and practical expressions you can use in your own professional life.

You can bring situations you're facing at work, and we'll explore both what to say and how to approach the situation.

My goal is to help you communicate with confidence, build stronger professional relationships, and feel more comfortable being yourself in an international work environment.

You don't need perfect English to make an impact. Let's develop the mindset and communication skills that help you succeed!
