Hello everyone! My name is Teacher Nette. I am currently working in Canada as a child care provider and tutor. Formerly, I had years of experience as an Online English Tutor with TESOL Certification. It is my passion and skill to impart my knowledge of the English language to people whose willingness to learn is a way to reach their full potential and even their dreams in life.
During my previous jobs also, I had the chance to worked for an International Organization based in Hongkong and the Philippines wherein our employers are from the U.S, Australia, and Hongkong itself. Part of my task is to teach our foreigner sponsors coming to the Philippines our health lessons using the English Language to be conducted by them in their day in the life of a health trainer to impoverished communities of the country.
Furthermore, as an Online English tutor, I have tons of experience teaching children from pre-schoolers, primary schoolers as well to college students, working adults, and businessmen wanting to learn and advance their English skills. All of which came from a diversified background. One of my aim as a teacher is to make sure that my students learn in such a way that joy and excitement is there. Teachers do have a different teaching style but we have the same goal. And that is to make our student maximize their potential. Part of my motivation is by acknowledging students' hard work and commitment.
My lessons comprise even the very basics of the English language such as the Alphabet and Phonics, a method of teaching beginners to read and pronounce words by learning the phonetic value of letters, letter groups, and especially syllables. I can teach in a variety of lessons such as correct grammar use, the proper pronunciation of words, vocabulary building, reading comprehension and so much more!
I am a warm and caring teacher who wants all of my students to be successful learners and works to create a classroom atmosphere that is stimulating, encouraging, and adaptive to the varied needs of students.
