Hello, I work mainly as a home tutor.

Guidance
[1]Set a goal

Don't just aim for higher marks, but to really understand and be able to teach others.

[]Ask anything. Even if you think you understand, practice repeatedly.

There are teaching methods that famous teachers record on video and distribute.

Sometimes I refer to them as well. On the other hand, I encourage most students not to watch video material.

If I have to watch them, I tell them to watch them only once and use them with the intention of never watching them again.

Everyone is different in what they don't know and what they already know. This is especially true for mathematics.

If you have to listen to something you heard once in school and then listen to it again and again in the video material, then you lose the time to think and study on your own.

Especially in science subjects, you have to do the work of doing the calculations with your own hands to be able to do it.

Time is limited for high school students. They have to use their limited time effectively.

In this respect, one-to-one learning is the best environment.

It avoids wasting time repeating what you already understand.

If you only learn what you don't understand, you can learn more effectively.

Another thing I tell my students is that if you can't think about it for five minutes, you won't know even if you think about it for an hour.

This is especially true for high school students who love mathematics. You need to know the wisdom of your ancestors to know how to think and how to solve the problem.

On the other hand, it's not always easy to say, "When you see this formula, solve it like this!" I do not agree with teaching methods such as this one.

That is because it does not consider why the solution is given in that way. It is also the best preparation for the upcoming common test.

[]Attention is also paid to the answers written on the written tests.

I was also able to correct and teach the most famous correspondence correction in Japan for a number of years.

The system is such that you cannot choose your own students, but in most cases I worked with students who had chosen the TOP course.

Therefore, I can instruct them with attention to the way they make their answers.

【4】Consultations are also available for recommendations and essays.

Today, more students enter school through recommendation examinations than through general entrance examinations.

The way to deal with this will depend on what kind of high school stundents are enrolled in and what kind of school they hope to enter.

I have particular experience in teaching in these cases where students are aiming for nursing faculties, education faculties and civil service examinations.

【Self-introduction】
Graduated from the Department of Mathematics, Faculty of Science, Tokyo University of Science

After graduation, I worked as a teacher at junior and senior high schools, high schools and preparatory schools in Tokyo.

Then I started working as a private tutor in Toyama Prefecture, where I currently live.

Hobbies: listening to music, studying history.

I am currently working as a tutor at a cram school (30 years). Focusing on science subjects such as mathematics, physics and chemistry. I teach all five subjects to junior high school students.

【Main guidance on】

Preparation for regular school tests
Preparation for mathematics examinations
Preparation for high school entrance examinations
Preparation for university entrance examinations
Civil service examinations and employment examinations

【Lesson target】

☆Primary schools students
☆Junior high school students
☆High school students (Mathematics IA, IIB, III Physics and Chemistry)
☆University students and adults (preparation for qualification exams, e.g. epsilon-delta and other difficult-to-understand concepts)
☆As you can see from the available tutoring hours, many people want to work as tutors during the actual tutoring hours. Therefore, such hours may be rarely chosen. At present we have no choice but to do so for a living. Teaching availability may be limited to those who live abroad and wish to teach, and to those who can do so in the morning, late at night or during the daytime hours. I have studied with several people through Cafetalk. I have also set up an environment where I can teach in a way that is not so different from face-to-face tutoring.
