初めまして。初心者の方、身体の硬い方、運動神経に自信がない方、ご高齢の方でも楽しんでもらえるレッスンから、本格的に取り組みたい方まで様々なレッスンをご用意しております。
簡単に自己紹介です。都内大学卒業後銀行で勤務し結婚後退職し二児の母となり、産後のダイエットでヨガと出会う。
ヨガの考え方やライフスタイルと出逢い、続けるうちに毎日がより快適で豊かになることを体感。自身が経験したことを多くの方とシェアしたくてインストラクターへの道へ。大阪で大手フィットネススタジオや大阪本町で少人数ヨガレッスンを行い、キャリアを着実に重ね、地元四国に帰郷しスタジオをオープン。
2021年7月PHIピラティス取得。
