Believe in your potential! Pilates & Dance

Started ballet at the age of 9.
Studied jazz dance and modern dance with several American dancers in my twenties, and began teaching dance while appearing on numerous stages and events.

There are many dancers in BASI Pilates, and the BA in BASI stands for Body Arts
I will aim to move your body beautifully even when doing Pilates exercises.
I will aims to improve the athletic performance of dance and other sports athletes by realigning their body’s core.

☆My Passion for Pilates
As we continue to practice Pilates, I am amazed at the joy of students being able to do things that they could not do previously, the surprise of being able to do exercises that were once hard to follow, the improvement of their postures, the flexibility of their bodies increasing, and how they feel their bodies are lighter and easier to move. It makes me glad to see such students.
I would like to teach everyone so that they will have a greater sense of accomplishment after each lesson.

♪ Theme Park Jazz & Ballet, as well as Other Lessons
Since 2015, I have been giving lessons from the basics in order for my students to pass auditions, and have been sending out dancers to theme parks in Tokyo, Osaka, Shikoku, Kyushu, and many other regions. I am impressed every time I see them in the spotlight.

I also started Latin Salsa in 2010.
