Thanks for checking out my profile! I am a certified English teacher with over eight years of experience teaching students from all over the world.
My career began when I moved to Japan to teach English as an assistant language teacher. Since then, I have been teaching English full-time, both online and in person. I’ve taught in language schools, Eikaiwas, business schools, and privately.
I, myself, am currently brushing up on my Japanese and learning Mandarin Chinese, so I understand how hard it can be to find a safe place to talk in my target language. That is why I create conversational-based classes that you can’t find in a typical classroom setting. If you find yourself sounding like a textbook or unable to find a place to have a natural conversation with a native speaker, you’re in the right place! I create fun and positive conversations that allow you to use your English as much as possible, dive deeper into topics to fully express yourself, and give personalized feedback, all to help you improve your English.

I’ve taught conversational-based classes to Japanese students for over eight years, helping students reach their goals of sounding more native and natural while having fun chatting with a native speaker. I always use the last few minutes of class to provide you with personalized feedback that includes corrections about your pronunciation, phrases that could sound more natural, new vocabulary, and grammar corrections. I will follow up with a document so you can review the corrections at home.
