公認心理師のailifeと申します◯。
これまで児童福祉分野、発達、hsp、hsc、不登校、精神疾患なとをメインに相談を受けてきました。
¨カウンセリング¨となると敷居が高いなあ、料金も高いんじゃない？、そもそも話すエネルギーもいるし...という声も聞きます。
悩みは気軽に誰かに話せる場所があれば解決はしなくても、心は軽くなります。
気軽にまずは話してみよう！
今のモヤモヤが少しでも晴れるなら...！
