Hi! My name is Raheim. I’m originally from Jamaica and currently live in the United States. I’ve always been passionate about helping others learn and grow, and teaching English has given me the chance to connect with people from all over the world. My interest in language and communication comes from my own experiences with different cultures and learning in diverse environments. Language is powerful, it brings people together, and I love being part of that process.
 
I hold a degree in Natural and Applied Sciences with a minor in Anthropology and Sociology, as well as a certificate in Health and Humanities. I’m also TEFL certified and over the past two years, I’ve taught more than 200 online English lessons. I’ve worked with learners from a wide range of backgrounds and levels, and I’ve also designed lesson plans based on students' individual needs. In addition, I’ve volunteered by leading English conversation groups, and I was a peer leader in ecology at my university where I helped students better understand complex topics through interactive and supportive methods.
 
In my lessons, I aim to create a friendly and encouraging space where students feel comfortable and motivated. Whether we’re doing roleplays, working on grammar, or having casual conversations, my goal is to support you in building confidence and fluency. I adapt each lesson to your level, goals, and interests, so whether you're a beginner or more advanced, I’ll meet you where you are.
 
I will be your tutor, your coach, your friend, and your cheerleader as you move forward on your English journey. I know that learning a new language can be challenging, but you don’t have to do it alone. I’m here to help every step of the way, and I would love to be a part of your success.
