こんちには。ゆうかと申します。今現在は北インドに滞在していて、yoga teacher training のスクールのアシスタント、同時にヨガのクラスもドロップインクラスで持ち始めました。基本的に今は海外の方に教えています。すでにRYT500を取得し、4ヶ月間信頼するインド人の先生たちの元で学びを深めています。基本的にハタフローヨガを教えています。レベルに合わせたクラスを提供することができるので、未経験の方、中級の方、身体に不具合やこりを感じる方、誰でも気軽に参加できます！
基本的に日本語と英語を混ぜてのクラスになります。英語がわからない方でも、日本語がわからない方でも問題なく参加できます。一緒に楽しく身体を動かしましょう！
