Hello! I’m Eva, your Spanish teacher 

Nice to meet you! My name is Eva, and I’m originally from Santiago de Compostela, Spain. My life journey has allowed me to experience different countries and cultures: I lived in the United Kingdom for 8 years, and for the past 14 years I have been living in Bolivia. Thanks to this international experience, I truly understand what it means to learn a new language, adapt to different accents, and face the challenges of communicating with confidence.

I know exactly how it feels to learn a foreign language: the nerves when speaking, the fear of making mistakes, the doubts… but also the incredible satisfaction of improving step by step. That’s why my goal is to support you throughout this journey in a friendly, practical, and motivating way.

I have more than 5 years of experience teaching languages, both English and Spanish, and I am also certified as a teacher of English as a foreign language. In addition, I have worked as a translator for the past 7 years, which has given me even more valuable tools to help you understand the language better, improve your communication skills, and progress with confidence.

Beyond my passion for languages, I also love cooking—especially baking and bread making. Every week, I enjoy making homemade bread and preparing sweet treats such as cookies and cakes. I am also passionate about traveling, hiking, and spending time in nature. I believe these interests make my classes even more relatable and enjoyable, as we can naturally include real conversations about culture, food, travel, and lifestyle.
